The results provide relevant reference for promoting or installing the sludge dryer in the industries, or for amending the related regulations and sludge classification.3.The current status of the fried oil usage and habits at food stalls in night markets revealed by questionnaires, including the types of oils, frying time, and fried foods. The aforementioned parameters have been recorded and applied in the subsequent oil frying simulation in the laboratory.4. Comparing the characteristics of commercial cooking oil, raw oil, waste cooking oil from night market and clear companies, and refinery oil samples from laboratory tests.
