Nevertheless, the current “Regulations Governing Certification by Professional Environmental Engineers” need to be amended, because it states that “auditing environmental engineer certification should be after the stage of functional testing”.
In the last part, the security analysis of website of 9.0.3.14 iFix001 created by HCL AppScan Standard, rule: 21006. During the exam period, no any immediate risk existed. Meanwhile, an examination manual was made and added into the website. A teaching videos was provided for the operation of professional environmental engineers management information system.
