Moreover, 6 factories are exceeded of Soil Pollution Control Standards; and 2 factories are exceeded of Groundwater Pollution Control Standards (II Class); exceedances of Soil and Groundwater Pollution Control Standards are found in 4 factories. All the pollutants in investigated factories are confirmed, and then the factories have been controlled by the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act (SGPRA). Through the results feedback in this project, provides the directions of promoting factories pollution prevention management system. Additionally, traces of controlled pollutants as well as frequent situation of abnormal samples and water quality are found underground during the investigation. This project has conducted pollution prevention and coaching process in 7 selected factories, building the management ability for factory pollution prevention which is suitable for each factories. The performances are compiled into the manual for factory’s self-management, pollution prevention and the case study. Through this project, the manufacturing process with high potential of pollution in groundwater and the manufacturing features will be obtained, which is efficient to restrain those illegal industries and reinforces their tendency against unlawful conducts under limited government resources.
