The control of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)：1. There are 251 special manufacturers, the overall reporting and review rate of 100%.2. Since 100 years with the Environmental Protection Agency industry special project control, in the year of 107, check the 20 gravure printing industry in Taoyuan City. As of 2018/12/23, the manufacturers have planned to improve the source raw materials or control equipment. Including: 18 plants planned to set up combustion-type control equipment, 2 plants planned to use water-base ink, there are 11 manufacturers have completed the setup of combustion-type control equipment and inspection operations, The treatment efficiency and emission concentration can meet the relevant conditions of the gravure printing operation procedure in the “Best Available Control Technology for Fixed Pollution Sources” (emission concentration is not more than 150 ppm or emission reduction rate ≧95%), and the plant is completed and licensed for commissioning. 4 manufacturers have completed setup and permit commissioning phase, 5 manufacturers were continuously improving, it is expected that all improvements will be completed in year 108.3. For the 275 gas stations in Taoyuan City, 108 stations and 42 stations of gasoline ratio (A/L ratio) supervision and inspection have been completed, and the pass rate is 92.60%. The A/L ratio detection operation of the oil and gas recovery facilities at the gas station has completed 47 initial tests. The overall pass rate of A/L ratio is 86.63%, after the completion, the VOCs have reduced by 33.015 metric tons per year. 4. In the third quarter of 2018, 561,760 device components were declared, As of 107/12/23, a total of 2,185 equipment component inspections were performed, of which 25 points were greater than the leakage control value (>1,000 ppm), and all required repairs were completed according to the regulatory deadlines. A total of 9 points of 10,000 ppm, namely Taoyuan refinery of CPC (2 points), Dayang Plastic Taoyuan Factory (3 points), Sanhuang (1 point) and Lixin (3 points), all declared results were reported to the Environmental Protection Agency for disposition and improvement within a time limit. 5.
