Furthermore, the mass emission rate’s mean deviation of P201 (Mai-Liao Power) was larger than confidence coefficient, so need to be taken the Bias Adjustment Factor (BAF) modification; the O2’s mean deviation of P002 (Formosa Taffeta) was larger than confidence coefficient, so need to be taken the BAF modification; the O2 and CO’s mean deviation of PD01 (Formosa Mai-Liao Plant3) was larger than confidence coefficient, so need to be taken the BAF modification; the O2’s mean deviation of PT01 (Naphtha Cracking Plant, Formosa Mai-Liao Plant1) was larger than confidence coefficient, so need to be taken the BAF modification.
