Second, analyze the impacts of REACH Regulation, CLP Regulation and PIC Regulation on the government, business and society. Third, research the correlation between relevant regulations and Seveso Directive III and the circular economy. Forth, observe and compare the legal systems of different countries. Fifth, Propose legislation and amendments to the construction and completeness of Taiwan's Chemical Substance Management legal system.
The project also completed two expert and scholar consultation meetings. We focus on the issues about how to construct Taiwan’s Chemical Substance Management legal system.
