The approval ratings for these sessions were up to 92 percent.(3) Surveying and evaluating the capacity of promotion development and current condition of urban miningTo make urban mining become the most important part of circular economy, collective information related to urban mining from six foreign countries (e.g. China, Japan, Korea, the U.S., and the Netherlands) was completed. And several successful cases of urban mining from foreign countries were accordingly suggested. In addition, by surveying Taiwan’s capacity of urban mining, some suggestions on promoting future development were proposed in this report.(4) Drawing up management strategies and promotion measures for urban miningTo improve urban mining promotion policy, suggestions on the operation of resource stock system, stock categories, sources of capital, and estimated starting time were proposed. Three pieces of advice on the future development of establishing an urban mining industrial region were also given.
