A low power consumption and high efficiency technique is used to separate the organic materials from glass, and the glass is further purified to meet the raw material specification of the ultra clear glass. The high purity glass is used to produce ultra clear glass and the performance of product is tested. A pilot system with a batch handling capacity of 1 kilograms of waste solar panel is established and 100 kilograms of waste solar panels are treated to evaluate the feasibility of glass recycling.
