The Greenhouse Gas Reduction and Management Act in Taiwan should follow the same track with the Paris Agreement and seekto create opportunities in the development of international climate rules as a non Partystakeholder, deepen the influence of non Party stakeholders in the formulation of international climate guild lines, correctly grasp the trend of international consultations, and timely incorporate climate policy measures for domestic development and create more green opportunities for industrial competition and international competitiveness.
