There is flexibility on the operation and the analysis of the resource which should be based on the specific characteristics and analysis of the resource in the area. Furthermore, the experiences of the case studies were considered to be reference for landscape assessment technical specification this year.
Through three consult meetings and two draft negotiation meetings, we conduct the content and focus discussion in landscape technical specification. In addition, the advice of experts and scholars with relevant education background in landscape were considered for appropriate modification in our content. In addition, the assessment procedure was ensured and concept structure and operation content in technical specification draft was reviewed. In order to make the technical specification to meet the current law and prepare for the law announcement procedure, we held four internal meetings with Environmental Protection Administration.
