Two reviewing field surveys for the waste lamp and the waste battery recycling plant had been held. For the mercury distribution within the waste lamp recycling plant, the sampling and testing works had been carried out in mid-September and provided the recycling plant with suggestions for the further improvements already. For the poster, the collection of waste LED lamps which will be regulated as the recyclable waste since 2017 should be considered as the main designing point. And the citizen, municipal cleaning crew and collectors should be the educational targets. The waste LED lamps will be recycled through the current collection and recycling system. For the recycling of electric car batteries, the educational targets are the vehicles maintenance shops which usually discharge waste car batteries.
