Construct the cooperation mechanism between the environmental protection bureaus and works units including the feeding mode of incinerating recycled aggregate, outsourcing strategy and supporting measures of manufacturing/reprocessed institution etc.II. Assist two (2) counties/cities to construct the cooperation mechanism between departments, and implement the channel strategy of incinerating recycled aggregate for bottom ashes: Aiming on the above mentioned cooperation mechanism developed for county/city environmental protection bureau and works unit, assist the promoting trial operation of Kaohsiung City and Yunlin County, and propose the overall integrated description and review recommendation in accordance with the trial implementation process of cooperation mechanism.III.
