In the analysis results of fuel, totally seventy-one samples was collected and analyzed. The analysis of sulfur component in fuel showed only one sample has a disqualified result, and all other collected samples are qualified. Statistically, the fuel oil has a average sulfur capacity 0.44% in restricted areas( Kaohsiung City, Kaohsiung County, Pintung County), and 0.72% in other areas(Chiai city, Chiai county, Tainan city, Tainan county, Penhu County and Taitung County). Coal analysis gives a sulfur average 0.31% and diesel analysis gives an average 0.23%.
