FTIS executed 2,732 times of facility check,131 times of environment-safety-health audit, and 131 times of accounting audit and inventory check in the project. 29 major deviation and abnormal events were found during this period. FTIS also proposed several programs to EPA for enhancing the auditing and certification efficiency.
