construction sites was proposed in 2007. This annual plan lasted to carry on the
measurement of low frequency noise of twenty construction sites to examine and
study to the draft standards limit to be more representative. Sum up the measure
results of 2005, 2006 and 2007, amounted to 60 sites, with the door and windows
closed and measured indoor, the low frequency noise of equivalent energy sound
level of 2 minutes (20-200Hz ), if it is 49 dB(A), nearly 27.3% will go beyond this
standard value. This result is similar with the results in the past two years. The draft
was present in the public hearing on 14, DEC, 2007 of Noise Control Standard
article 2 , article 4, 1 of article 6 revise draft . In field survey of twenty factories, the
experts invited to provide suggestion in the factories and the measure results revealed
that some low frequency noise measured indoor were lower than 47 dB(A), which is
the proposed limit in category 3 daytime. In the final stage of this study, the factories
were invited to join the three conferences which held in Taipei, Taichung and
Kaohsiung. In the meetings, the regulation and method of low frequency noise
