Studying the development progress in the UNFCCC for Long-Term Strategies and scientific decision-making under transparent compliance mechanism; 2. Studying the technology and finance mechanisms on climate governance, and relevant issues of the Response Measure under the UNFCCC with impact assessment; 3. Responding to the multilateral negotiation framework of the international negotiations for seeking opportunities of practical bilateral climate action collaborations; 4.
