Based on the EU Law Enforcement Forum inspection methods and experience, this project performed supply chain labeling and safety data sheet information quality inspections for 10 toxic chemical substances in 30 factories. We have mastered the current status of domestic SDS information transfer in the supply chain and the analysis of compliance with laws and regulations to understand the current status of the quality of chemical substance information transfer and incorporate them into subsequent education and training courses or legal revisions.
The project organized an education and training course for law enforcement officers this year. The objective of the course is to strengthen knowledge of law enforcement officers for GHS classification, SDS preparation and verification principles, EU REACH and CLP regulatory revision laws, and the current status of management of domestic chemical substance labeling and safety data sheets.
