The revising drafts of waste lamps levy and subsidy were made based on the costs investigation. There are two factors deciding the differential subsidy for waste batteries. One is the recycling rate of the treatment facility, and the other one is the application for technology upgrade. The members participated in the collection councils included the representatives of communities, municipalities, and recyclers. The scheme of promoting the battery retailer RT-Mart for joining the collection activities had been completed. The successful experiences were obtained after the collection activity finished in July.
