One is the recycling rate of the treatment facility, and the other one is the application for technology upgrade. The members participated in the collection councils included the representatives of communities, municipalities, and recyclers. The scheme of promoting the battery retailer RT-Mart for joining the collection activities had been completed. The successful experiences were obtained after the collection activity finished in July. Also, the posters and films for promoting the collection of waste batteries and lamps had been designed.
