Six cases are two-dimensional problems and two cases are three-dimensional problems. Extensive reaction networks for each case were considered. Six two dimensional problems are (1) transport of TCE, (2) bioremediation of TCE, (3) transport of Benzene, (4) chemical oxidation of Benzene with Fenton, (5) transport of mercury, and (6) diffusion of vapor mercury. Cases (2) and (4) were extended to three-dimensional problems. Finally, using subsurface modeling platform with graphical users interface (GUI) and enhanced geo-hydrologic conceptual model developed in this project, bioremediation of TCE with injection of lactate at Touciao industrial park has been demonstrated.
