This project also invited experts to visit Kinmen and comment on Low Carbon constructions.2. By considering technical feasibility, financial feasibility and reproductivity, this project implemented 5 action items, including promotion of environmental friendly hotels/hostels, energy diagnosis for major electricity consumers, training voluntary guides for low carbon community tours, and energy efficiency improvement for village offices and temples. The content and outcome of the action items were registered in “Low Carbon Sustainable Information System” for the display of effort on Low Carbon and Sustainable Homeland in Kinmen.3. For the display of the image of the low carbon island, this project visited and analyzed foreign experiences and cooperation alternatives.
