To coordinate with the policy in managing recycling manufactures, we develop EPEAT hierarchical management model to evaluate the manufactures, complete the revised draft of some new policy, and the Mill model is replaced by CCTV system connecting with the weighbridge and no-warning check；in recovery of refrigerant and supplemental restraint system (SRS) part, there are 2 qualified manufactures and organize seminar to encourage the manufactures to submit such legal institutions, but there are no qualified manufactures in recycling SRS, related treatment should be carefully considered；in recycling and reusing part, because confined to the material used specifications of the mother plant, they could not be reused, but ferrous metals could be reused in internal components.
Develop work in the auditing and certification, plan to amend the subsidized rate of processing industry; in counseling recycling manufactures in accounting management part, we counseled 21 recycling manufactures and a processing industry totally.
