Based on the survey results, the project drafts an amendment of IBA reuse management and its relative cost-benefit assessment. 4.By comparing each environmental protection bureau’s on-site operating contracts, the project assesses the feasibility of taking usage cost into account when signing an on-site operating contract and adopting fund budget as promotional expenditure. After reviewing domestic usage of products in recent years, the project offers advices on future directions for promoting IBA reuse.
