There are two conferences of recycling waste containers treatment technology and one industrial development seminar of subsidized plastic companies were held in this project. After consulting with the industries and arranging the messages, we concluded to three visions in the industrial development blueprint which includes(1) to reduce waste and to improve the quality of the environment (2) to promote free-flowing recycling and reusing system for smooth market (3) to enhance the added value of recycled goods.
