The EPA expressed the nation's military is the best organization in terms of implementing administrative orders and centralizing education, and would certainly have continuing effects on the public's thoughts and actions. It was for these reasons that the EPA chose to cooperate with the MND in promoting this plan. Because of the special nature of the military in carrying out orders, in truth all of the 27 military units reviewed performed above standard. In the future, besides continuing promotion of trash reduction and recycling in the military, the EPA will continue to find ways to integrate surrounding base communities in the "4-in1" recycling plan. The EPA hopes that the concept of trash reduction and increased recycling will continue to grow in the military.
