According to Article 49 of the Development Activity EIA Work Procedures the EPA set the scope of models for air quality estimation technology and completed formal announcement on July 28. The technical scope lists approved air quality forecasting models and appropriate conditions for use, related information, source data and processing method, and modeling result processing method regulations. If firms choose to use the models listed in the technical scope, they must submit the results of all programs used, local and foreign case models and modeling results as well as a comparison of results between all models approved in the technical scope to the competent authority for approval.
